- Free Software Downloads. When you download software from us, we often request your contact information in order to process your order. - Subscriptions and Newsletters. We offer you the ability to sign up for the many email newsletters from direct2one.com. These email newsletters are optional and you may unsubscribe at any time, should you decide that you no longer want to receive them.

- Electronic Resume Submission. The Direct2one Job Search function of our web sites provides you with information about exciting career opportunities with our company. If you submit your resume electronically we request your contact information, including email address so that we may get in touch with you. We do not use resume information for purposes other than employment considerations.
- Customer Showcase. Customer Showcase provides you the opportunity to share your success story about using a Direct2one product, service, or technology. - Anti-Piracy. The anti-piracy report form provides you with an online means to report suspected piracy violations involving Direct2one software. We request that you provide us a means to contact you should we have follow-up questions, but it is not a requirement for submitting the form. In rare incidences, the personally identifiable information that you provide us may be disclosed to comply with a valid legal process, such as a court order or subpoena.
- Online Technical Support. We offer online technical support to you and in some cases require contact information from you, such as when you are completing a technical support help form.
